We deliver running coaching for real people, with real lives. Coaches are invaluable, but not everyone has the means to pay for one. We believe everyone deserves access to good advice. CoRun is a personalised coaching platform delivered over WhatsApp using the most current training thought.

We are a human:AI blend. You discuss your training with our virtual coach, with all its guidance being overseen by a human. This allows us to train more people at once, and lower the cost to the user.
